Being a music teacher also includes organising concerts. I personally love doing it, however, the logistics around it can be very time consuming and, if left for last minute, add a lot of stress.
One simple idea is to reduce whatever possible. For me, it is really important that the parents know who is performing what and that all the wonderful helpers, who make the concert possible, are properly acknowledged.
In order to not leave the print work to the last minute, I have started to schedule my tasks.
